Timberdoodle Farm

Timberdoodle Farm is a local farm in northern Rhode Island (on mainland not an island).   It has been in the Knowlton family for over 150 years.  Our barn has been standing since before we were a country and paid taxes to King George.  Our animals are heritage breeds mixed with modern breeds creating a sustainable product.  Our name comes from a little bird more commonly known as a Woodcock.  Woodcock requires good conservation practices and particular habitat that we protect on the farm.
